SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic (US): Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Express shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.

International: Delivery takes 10 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by their country.

Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delays: Seam Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
