By placing an order with Seam Home you agree to the following terms.

Products: All products are sold for residential and commercial installation. Dimensions listed are nominal duct opening sizes. Please verify your duct opening before ordering. Seam Home is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect measurements.

Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders that are in processing or already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of liability: Seam Home's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
